Pyrolysis Process

Pyrolysis is process of molecular breakdown where larger molecules are broken down into smaller molecules.

Pyrolysis plant is an industry designed to carry out pyrolysis of waste plastic & tyre. In case of plastic/tyre pyrolysis, long chain polymer is broken down into smaller chains of Hydrocarbon Gas and Pyrolysis Oil. Heat and catalyst are required for the following reaction.

In pyrolysis, the polymer waste is not burned, instead it is broken down into usable finished products like Pyrolysis Oil, Hydrocarbon Gas and Charcoal.

Plastic and tyre pyrolysis offers following benefits:

  • Generates quality fuel with lower emission
  • Controls plastic and tyre land pollution
  • Recover energy from waste
  • Helps recycle carbon

In case of plastic/tyre waste management, pyrolysis is better alternative compared to incineration or dumping. Incineration is burning of waste which leads to loss of valuable energy from polymer waste. Dumping of polymer waste is known to cause land pollution. By pyrolysis of polymer waste, it is possible to recover value from waste in the form of Pyrolysis oil, Hydrocarbon gas and charcoal.

Pyrolysis Oil

Using the pyrolysis plants manufactured and supplied by us, our customers are manufacturing the purest quality of pyrolysis oil. Pyrolysis oil manufactured by us is at par with specifications of LDO.

Typical industrial applications of pyrolysis oil as a fuel:

  • Boilers
  • Furnaces
  • Hot Water Generators
  • Hot Air Generators
  • Thermic Fluid Heater
  • Electric Generators (mixed with 50% diesel)
  • Diesel Pumps(mixed with 50% diesel)

Due to wide range of applications of pyrolysis oil, marketing is there is no marketing effort required to sale this product.

Plastic & Tyre Pyrolysis

Plastic pyrolysis or Tyre pyrolysis is a process of converting waste plastic and tyres into Pyrolysis oil, Carbon black and hydrocarbon gas. Pyrolysis plant under controlled conditions and in presence of catalyst, pyrolysis plastic and tyre into fuel and carbon black.
